Didn't realize time is ticking
While we are engrossed in talking
Doubt we will end up leaving
Well we really are enjoying
It is like ages since we last met
It wasn't long if you were to bet
She is indeed a mentor I have set
She always gives more than she get
If you asked me if she is a treasure
I would gladly answer that is for sure
If you asked me if she is adorable
I would gladly answer she is admirable
For years we have been caring
For years we have been sharing
I pray there will be no ceasing
I pray there will be no ending
