Ain’t no snow angel 

But a sand angel 

Ain’t no ordinary bae 

She is exclusively mine 

Melancholy is Funny

Growing up the birds were singing beautifully

It goes chirp chirp chirp chirp

I stared out the window longingly 

Admiring those wide eyed sweet little angels

Surprisingly somehow fast forward into the future 

And I promised it’s national monkey day 

The birds goes ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh ouhhhhhheeeeee

As if it’s giving birth to an empty hay 

Those days I was a winner in every hopscotch

These days I’m a whiner at every crossroad 

Back then instant noodles were a privilege 

Right now al dente pasta is an entitlement  

Season changes every single day 

One minute it’s heatwaves 

The next it’s hailstorms 

Together the moon and the sun shows up

The clouds as fluffy as it could be

Marshmallow is all I could see

Was I even sleepy 

Was I even hungry 

Well it is oh so dreamy 

Wish I could fold my arms and my legs 

Just meditate and eat some herbal eggs 

Not having to research a pile of analyst 

I would rather be a self-made catalyst  

Can’t be bothered with Freud’s dreams interpretation 

Nor Klein’s model of unconscious perception 

While holding my breathe in Winnicott’s idea

Testing Bion’s concept in containing my diarrhea 

So I could just stare at my keypad 

Wishing I could win this just for an iPad 

No of course it’s for a better life
